I have zero sense of direction, so on our first trip to Lisbon we got lost for three hours and found the best custard tarts in the city. We adopted a cactus called Kevin who is somehow still alive. Ava dances to 80s songs while she cooks and makes me join in, even though I dance like a confused flamingo. I want a playful, funny, groovy love song that makes her laugh and then makes her a bit teary, about the best year of my life.
